ZUCCHINI IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Our organic zucchini are cured in extra virgin olive oil and make an excellent accompaniment to meat or fish. They are perfect for antipasti platters or salads and pair exceptionally well with cheese. Or simply top them on a slice of toasted bread to add a burst of flavour. Enjoy!
