STINGING NETTLES SALSA VERDE

Edible nettles are harvested in the spring before they flower and lose their nutrients. This salsa verde is incredibly nutritious and can be enjoyed in many ways, such as a dip for French fries, alongside meat or fish, with veggies and pasta.
