DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer free delivery for orders over €75. For orders under €75, the shipping fee will be calculated based on your order and shipping address. The fee will be displayed at checkout. Standard courier delivery is available from Monday - Friday. The delivery time with our courier service may sometimes exceed the estimated 2-3 working days - we appreciate your patience.
EU
The shipping fee for your order will be calculated based on your order and shipping address. The fee will be displayed at checkout. The delivery time with our EU courier service may sometimes exceed the estimated 5-7 working days - we appreciate your patience.
International delivery
We cannot provide a standard quote for deliveries outside the EU zone due to the complexity of delivery, duties, and other related factors.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Incorrect items
If you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange to replace it with the correct one.
Damaged Items
Our policy is to supply goods in perfect condition. If you receive damaged items, please let us know for a free exchange within 7 days.
Cancellations or changes
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been paid for.
Returns
We do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery.
VISITORS INFORMATION
Welcome to Quintosapore! We are delighted that you are interested in visiting our working farm. To provide you with the best experience possible, we kindly ask that you book your visit in advance.
Children
We want all our guests, especially children, to feel safe and secure while exploring our farm. However, accessing certain parts of the farm can be tricky for those pushing strollers or wheelchairs due to gravel areas and paths.
Dress
Our farm is a tranquil place where you can relax and unwind. We recommend you wear comfortable shoes, bring a hat for sunny days, and dress appropriately for rainy days. Remember, all our activities and experiences take place outdoors.
Pets
Although we understand that pets are often considered family, we have some animals on the premises, and we ask that you leave your furry friends at home.We acknowledge that visiting the farm involves certain risks. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or negligence that may occur during your visit. We are confident you will have a safe and enjoyable experience.
